Cut Outs Ready To Paint
Do you enjoy painting but don't have the facilities, tools or desire to design and cut-out the piece yourself?
Using pattern or clip art image, I will:
- Obtain best quality, 15/32" or 19/32" BCX (exterior) grade plywood
- Trace the pattern or clip art image with all paint lines boldly traced with black, smudge-proof paint pen which will remain visible under your first coat of primer/sealer.
- Cut-out the image
- Repair any edge voids and sand all edges for smooth curves and clean vertices
- (optional) Attach support block to back and provide ½” CPVC conduit and 7/16” diameter steel rod(s) that you drive into the ground for stable and secure support.
- Deliver paint-ready project and original pattern (if used) which includes instructions and recommended color schemes

Need a place to store and organize your paints?
Here's my solution. I made this wall mounted paint cabinet. Each of the 9 backside shelves and 8 shelves inside the door will accommodate up to 13 (2-ounce) paint bottles for a combined total of 221 BOTTLES!
Dimensions: 45 3/4" H x 21" W x 3" D
I use a combination of brands for acrylic paints. Since all Winfield patterns provide detailed, color-coded painting and finishing directions using Delta Ceramcoat® item numbers, I primarily order direct from them. They not only have the most complete selection but when you order a pattern you can also see a complete list of paints, hardware and even lumber size that particular pattern calls for so that you can order everything at the same time. That's very convenient!
In a pinch I'll also use FolkArt®, and Deco Art - Americana from Hobby Lobby and Micheals. However, Delta Paints have been discontinued by Michaels as of August 2011.
